Company is coming! Get off the couch! Tips for a Welcoming Home!

With the holidays approaching, we know that the hours are counting down to get the home ready for company!  And of course, we want to make them feel welcome in our home, so we wanted to share our our Top 4 ways to get the house ready for company and make it welcoming!

1) It starts at the Front Door!

We always want to greet people with something pretty at the front door!  Be sure to have something nice and lush greeting them! Our Boxwood wreath is a great option!  AND don’t forget to look down!  Our Hey Y’all doormat is a great way to introduce a smile, even before you’ve opened the door!

2) Fill Your Home With Wonderful Scents

Everyone loves an incredible scent when they enter a room or home! And we have some incredible candles for your home!  We have Frasier Fir which is the perfect holiday scent!  And then of course, we have our custom scents, Gray, Country Club, and Effie!  Gray is a soft and welcoming smell that both men and women love! Country Club has notes of wood, smoke, bourbon, and cigars!  And then Effie, which Dwayne created as a memory for his grandmother is floral and sweet!

3)Kiss the House for the Holidays!

We all like to have the tree up and decorated, but don’t forget the easy ways to sprinkle a little of the holidays around the house!  Christmas swags are a great solution!  They are so easy to place on any flat surface! Coffee tables, foyer tables, console, book shelves, even bathroom vanities!
